Currently Bruce supports the D&B Direct Products and serves as the Leader for Business Development and the DaaS Engineering team. Working closely with sales teams, DaaS Engineers -- part of D&B’s Customer Experience team -- help customers define data solutions to their business problems using the Direct APIs. Previously, Bruce’s career has focused on Master Data Management, Governance, Product and Customer Data quality, business process improvement, Merger & Acquisitions, Product Management, Business Operations, and project management of major IT software implementations and data conversions while at NCR and BMC Software.
