As vice president of operations and enterprise data strategy at Red Hat, Mandeep oversees sales and services, renewals and go-to-market operations; sales compensation design and management, master data management and business intelligence strategy. Mandeep is also leading a comprehensive Customer 360 initiative to help fuel growth, promote innovation, and increase field productivity. The initiative will refine customer data, business processes, systems, and tools, and make content, data, and analysis readily available. Mandeep has over 19 years of experience in the software industry. Prior to Red Hat, Mandeep held various service delivery and operational roles at Planning Technologies, Mastech, and Wipro.
