As FirstRain’s COO YY leads the technology and product teams, bringing her leadership and experience in software and optimization techniques for solid-state physics, chip design, data science and enterprise software. Under YY’s guidance, FirstRain teams develop the patented technology and analytic algorithms that power the FirstRain solution suite. She holds an A.B in mathematics from Harvard University and has been earning her keep by programming since her teens (before the Internet!).
